GR8 job!!!
"Very happy with service. Supervisor Gary came out and inspected the situation and provided a quote. He also showed up the day of the installation. Conlin did a great job of installing the new water heater. I had asked if he could move it further into the corner and he did! Now all of the chairs and TV tables that were blocking the center walkway of the storage unit are neatly stacked at the far end where the old water heater was sitting. What a difference. Thank you, Conlin! Ok, I almost deducted a star here. Not from the people, but regarding their advertisement. "Plumbers charge too much!" Well, PlumbSmart employees are plumbers, and my research showed they were higher than Lowes (of all places) for a smaller unit with half the warrantee (I'm guessing the difference is the 6 years of labor that comes with the water heater). Don't misunderstand me, I DID NOT WANT LOWES anywhere near my house again. What I was looking for at this stage in my life was a 'service community', to have my own 'people' when I needed help. And I believe that's what I found here at PlumbSmart. When supervisor Gary told me they would be able to get an new unit up those stairs as long as two pair of feet would feet on that staircase," I was sold. When I called Nick/Mathew (great guys) at the office and said I asked Nick originally if the $25 new customer coupon applied to me and then I promptly forgot to give the coupon to Gary when he came out, I called the office again and asked if I was still eligible. No problem was the answer and my account was credited immediately. Yep, I think I'm in the right place."

"The first time we used Plumb Smart they came out and gave us honest information about our options. Didn’t do a hard sell or push us into costly repairs even though our house is very old. They didn’t even charge us a trip fee which most places do just to come out and assess the issue. We remembered this courtesy the next time we had an issue!
