"My experience with PlumbSmart was awesome...they communicated multiple times via text and even included a picture of the technician (Charles) prior to his arrival. Charles diagnosed the problem with our tub faucet handle, explained how he was going to fix it but didn't have the parts on his truck and went to pick up the parts. He came back a short while later, finished the repair and showed me that both hot and cold faucet handles worked with no leaks. If/when we have plumbing issues again, I will definitely use PlumbSmart again."

"They came out first thing in the morning and got the job done. James was very professional and clean in taking care of business.
