NO REGRETS!
"We had two companies come out to quote work. More than $1100 difference in the quotes. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! Interesting enough I wasn't there was for the first company, just my 70 year old parents. Read between those lines! Jeff was the tech that did the initial quote. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable, no BS. We had to have Trane build the part we needed. Jeff followed up with the company and us. Chance was the tech that came out to do the work- when I got home that night both of my parents couldn't shut up about how wonderful he was. He got right to work and four hours later we had our air back. Even the office staff that answers the phone was spectacular! I went directly to the Trane website to find Plumbsmart and Thank Goodness I did. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me. So awesome to know that there are still good ol' honest people, running honest businesses!"

Nightmare with PlumbSmart
"On Wednesday, June 7, PlumbSmart technicians arrived at my home to replace a water softener, two faucets and four valves. The water softener job went relatively smooth. The real nightmare was the replacement of the four valves under the sinks of my bathrooms which performed by a technicians undertraining. The technician used a "Plier" to tighten the valves which caused a deep scratched and definitely impact the integrity of the valves. PlumbSmart finished the work, got paid in full and also a nice tip. Within 30 minutes, I checked the valves and found a water leak in one of them. I reported to the company and they send their technician on June 8, who tightened the leaking valve and told me everything is fine and left. I went back to check the valve and found it leaking again. One more time, I called the company and reported the leak. On June the 9th the technician came back and change the valve, Praise the Lord. Because of my concerns about the potential leak of the other three valves which are badly scratched/ potential cracked from using the wrong tool to install "Plier", I called the company and they agreed to change the rest of the valves and they set an appointment June 13, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Carelessly, as they are the technician arrived one hour late with a new demand, " If I want to change the valve, I need to pay and additional $485 !! I discussed my nightmare experience with the customer service of PlumbSmart and their Plumbing Mgr. with no results. After my unpleasant experience with the company, I ran to my neighbor, who I previously recommended PlumbSmart to hear, to warn her to look for a reputable company for her water heater replacement. Additionally, I called my bible class friends who recommended PlumbSmart to make them aware about my nightmare . "

"I called PlumbSmart because I remembered that my girlfriend had used them & liked them. I looked at their reviews before I called them & they were spectacular. I did not want to use my regular plumber because I always "sweat" waiting to see the bill. With PlumbSmart, they were very, very nice from the first phone call I made to them. Their diagnosis of the problem was the exact same as my regular plumber; however, the estimate for the work was "hundreds of dollars" lower than my regular plumber. PlumbSmart is now my regular plumber. Nextweek they will be blowing insulation into my attic. I am so happy that I found PlumbSmart!"

Our plumber was Alex, he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about what was causing our problems and stared working hard to fix them. He also installed two toilets.
