"John came out to give us an estimate just a few minutes ago. He was friendly, LOW PRESSURE, honest, professional, and exactly on time. He provided us some flexible options and we may choose to go with him. We have 2 other estimates scheduled for today. Yesterday, we had an estimate from Parker and Sons, where we had an awful experience with a high pressure, dishonest presentation. Our interaction with John at PlumbSmart was a breath of fresh air.
