"My name is Charlotte and I am writing this review on behalf of one of my dearest friends Dyana Cox. Let me me previse this with a little about Dyana. She has several debilitating medical conditions. She has a hard time moving, breathing and at times just existing. Obviously she is on disability with very little income. Since May of this year she has had no hot water. Last week she called Plumb Smart to have them figure out why. They came on Tuesday and did a free estimate. Unfortunately they told Dyana she needed a new water heater. She told them she could not afford it but would try to come up with the money. Two days later they showed up at her home with a new free water heater and installed it for free. The plumbing technician even donated his time. With all of the negative that we see it was not only refreshing but a blessing to see a company truly care. So if you need a plumber call Plumb Smart. "I had a leak that was getting progressively worse and PlumbSmart was able to get someone to my house that afternoon to fix it. I was on a meeting at the time and the plumber was accommodating and flexible as I quietly explained the situation. Really appreciate you guys!"
