So, I gave them a call. They sent Derek to assess my needs and to give me a price to perform the tasks. I was impressed by Derek’s knowledge and thoroughness when preparing the Estimate/Quote. PlumbSmart’s price turned out to be competitive. Derek listened to my requirements and didn’t attempt to upsell me on unnecessary items, like a couple other companies did. The best part is next. I gave PlumbSmart the job and Derek was extremely impressive in his execution of the project, very professional, very competent, very thorough.
