"I began using PlumbSmart late last Fall for my furnace tune-up and was very pleased with that first appointment. Good communication from the office and an on-time technician (Thomas) who was personable and patient with my questions. My system was 23 years old and the A/C sounded like sheet metal dragging down a highway when it ran so I hired PlumbSmart to come back and replace everything with a new Trane system. Two hard-working techs (Travis and Julian) spent the entire day ripping out the old, installing the new and testing everything before they left. They were great guys, very respectul of our home, and gladly wore shoe covers every time they entered the house. A week after the install I was notified that another tech (Caden) wanted an appointment to inspect the installation and make sure everything was perfect. Nice surprise, much appreciated. I feel like I have found my plumber/HVAC contractor for life!"
