"Our a/c unit was installed and “repaired” by another company improperly. After months (and a very hot summer) of round and round issues with the first company we called PlumbSmart. The folks at PlumbSmart came out and diagnosed the issue almost immediately and got it repaired properly right away. While they were here my dog got out and they ended up getting ahold of him before I could. I cannot express how grateful I am for their swift action with our unit let alone with my dog. The entire company is incredibly kind, competent, and knowledgeable. My family could not recommend them more."
