"The first time we used Plumb Smart they came out and gave us honest information about our options. Didn’t do a hard sell or push us into costly repairs even though our house is very old. They didn’t even charge us a trip fee which most places do just to come out and assess the issue. We remembered this courtesy the next time we had an issue! We Appreciated being able to get same day service. James identified the problem efficiently and quickly. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He Sent us photos and detailed information. Will definitely use Plumb Smart in the future"

"Plumb smart was amazing today! I had another company (Hobaica) come out two days ago and they told me my warranty had just expired and that I would need a new water heater. I had the thought that I should look into my warranty further and I found I still had 2 weeks left on it! After much going back and forth with the previous company and them trying to take every penny they could, I called Plumb Smart. These guys got me a brand new water heater replaced through warranty. It was installed and squared away in less than 3 hours!! I happily paid the install fee and will continue giving them my business."
