"These young men worked so well together, and never complained about the huge snags they ran into. The system is not yet fully installed because of unforseen problems with the previous installation. The will come back to finish, but they were all very kind, very professional, and explained everything, giving me options at no extra cost. I highly recommend PlumbSmart!"

"Had a new water heater installed. Was pricey and wish there would have been a Black Friday discount applied, and a smaller sized unit as this one is bigger and takes more space than the old one, but all in all Brian was friendly, explained a few thing's and the job looks to be done well."

"We needed 2 new rooftop heatpump units for our house. We asked 3 comparable companies for bids, and Plumbsmart was given the job. They replaced both units, provided new parts (stand, electric whip, condensate, return air grilles inside) as needed, and installed 2 digital (Trane) thermostats. Employees were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, prompt, and efficient. The company worked with us on price, service maintenance agreements, rebates, etc., We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them for this type work."
