"A class act! They have fixed two separate issues for me - I work two jobs and I am a single mom, they handled everything via email/phone (even payment). If you are worried abut going to a plumber for work because they hold all the cards and know everything and you don't - that is NOT a worry with this company! Honest, reliable, A1 - if I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks once again Robert! A great job!!!"

"I sheared off a water spigot while attempting to remove a hose. The first thing PlumbSmart did was answer my call with a live person. The individual on the other end of the phone was friendly and scheduled Justin Jones to come out. When Justin arrived he was professional and discussed the options. We came to agreement to fix my spigot as well as replace the shutoff valve. Justin quickly got to work and delivered on his promise. Once the work was completed Justin explained the work that he did and ensured that I did not have any questions and concerns and if any should arise the promise that they would be addressed. Justin Jones is a rockstar! He was professional, friendly, and made me glad to have called PlumbSmart. PlumbSmart now has a new customer and I am highly confident that I will get quality service for any of my other home repair or improvement needs in the future. Thanks Justin!"
