"What a great company!! Nowadays its hard to find honest companies with great values. We had a hard summer with our AC breaking down at least once a month, our home insurance company kept sending incompetent company, u professionals that would come in, charge us and said they fixed the problem only to have our AC not working the following days, we decided to look up companies on our and I was afraid of getting the same results. Conlin was assigned to work in our home and oh man, what a difference!! He was very helpful, very polite and he even took the time to speak to our home insurance company about the issues he found and we were getting ripped off by all of the other companies that had come before. He took pictures and sent us a very detailed email about what he did, and what needed to be done to our unit. I was very very pleased with this service and I would totally recommend this company, and if all the people there are as honest as Conlin, what a great place to work, whoever runs this is running a tight ship. Thank YOU Plumsmart ... you guys are the best in the bizzz!!"
