"I needed to fix the vent to the water heater and tried doing it myself. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I finally gave in and called PlumbSmart. Charles was able to fix my vent no problem and was very knowledgeable, made sure all my questions were answered. He was friendly and professional. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs."
