NO REGRETS!
"We had two companies come out to quote work. More than $1100 difference in the quotes. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! Interesting enough I wasn't there was for the first company, just my 70 year old parents. Read between those lines! Jeff was the tech that did the initial quote. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable, no BS. We had to have Trane build the part we needed. Jeff followed up with the company and us. Chance was the tech that came out to do the work- when I got home that night both of my parents couldn't shut up about how wonderful he was. He got right to work and four hours later we had our air back. Even the office staff that answers the phone was spectacular! I went directly to the Trane website to find Plumbsmart and Thank Goodness I did. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me. So awesome to know that there are still good ol' honest people, running honest businesses!"- < Previous
