"Eric, our plumbing technician, diagnosed and solved many problems with both our water supply and drain systems in our 54 year old home. We have a camera inspection of a drain line that is backing up. We are also getting a new hot water tank to replace a faulty one. Bottom line, Eric is professional, experienced, and a respectful plumber who we belive has solved our current plumbing problems. So thank you PlubSmart for your fast scheduling, Sarah the scheduler and Eric the plumber, reasonable pricing, and piece of mind."

"Jacob arrived on time and ready to start working at 9 AM. Carefully inspected both the air conditioner, as well as the heating unit both inside and outside. You advise me the unit as a 2019 model and it is still in very good condition. Also explained the different options available to me through PlumbSmart for my future reference.
