"The first time we used Plumb Smart they came out and gave us honest information about our options. Didn’t do a hard sell or push us into costly repairs even though our house is very old. They didn’t even charge us a trip fee which most places do just to come out and assess the issue. We remembered this courtesy the next time we had an issue! We Appreciated being able to get same day service. James identified the problem efficiently and quickly. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He Sent us photos and detailed information.
