"I had a leaky toilet fill valve in my casita. Derek, the plumber who was dispatched to my house, explained the minimum and maximum prices that it would cost to replace the valve and got the work done quickly and with care. He also gave me some tips & tricks to replace the toilet which is next on my list. Highly recommended!"

"Im always a little apprehensive when I need to call an AC company anytime Im having AC issues because I expect Ill be overcharged or told something needs to be fixed when in reality it doesnt. My tenant called and said the AC was not working. I contacted Plumbsmart and hoped for the best. They sent out Jeffrey who called us about 20 minutes after arriving to let us know that the AC problem was just dead batteries on the thermostat. This is the second time Ive had them over and will definitely keep calling them for any AC issues."
